Raseiniai CLINIC | DPC team: the most important thing is a happy patient

CLINIC | DPC, a well-known dental clinic in Raseiniai, celebrates its tenth birthday in April. On this happy occasion, the team of the clinic thanks its patients for their long-lasting friendship and shares memories from the life of the clinic.

Dentist Aistė Cikanavičienė, who has been taking care of the smiles and well-being of the residents of Raseiniai for many years now, says that all these years have been very diverse. And that’s not surprising at all. After all, CLINIC | DPC has changed over the years, and she herself has worked in several CLINIC | DPC clinics, but she has found her place in Raseiniai, where she feels at home.

“I already know many of the patients well, and the team and I have worked together as one – for me, that’s one of the most important aspects of the job. Communication between patients, doctors and dental technicians must be perfect. A stable team is a major contributor to our good work as doctors – it is one of the most important reasons for working in the same place for a long time. While working at CLINIC | DPC, I also met my current husband and the father of my almost six-year-old son,” says the doctor, sharing a moment from her personal life. – “And, of course, the love of the job and the effort to do it well and honestly in all circumstances is very important. The most important thing is a happy patient. It keeps that inner ‘fire’ and desire to improve. I can’t imagine myself in any other place.”

Rasvita Galubickienė, assistant dentist at the Raseiniai clinic, has been working at the clinic since its opening. On the occasion of the clinic’s birthday, she agreed to share her memories of her first day of work.

“When I joined CLINIC | DPC, the clinic was called the Dental Care Centre. As I remember today, the first day of work was full of strange excitement and questions, the answers to which I have learnt over the course of all these ten years. The number seems small, but how much has been learned, how many new firsts… so much that it’s hard to remember. I can safely say that I have grown as a person and as a person who is constantly adding to my body of knowledge in this work,” concludes the clinic staff member with elation.

CLINIC | DPC Raseiniai clinic provides all dental, implant and prosthetic services. Professional specialists are continuously upgrading their qualifications and improving their skills at international conferences.

The founder of the clinic network, implant surgeon Simonas Bankauskas, is proud of the staff of the Raseiniai clinic, who are not only hard-working and professional, but have also earned the love and trust of the townspeople.

“I wish the great team of Raseiniai to continue to be as warm and energetic, to keep improving and to be interested in medical innovations. I wish you to come to work every day in a good mood, and in the evening, when you close the door of the office, to feel inner satisfaction with the work you have done during the day. I believe that this birthday is another important step forward and a motivation to strive for the best results every day. I have no doubt that we will be around for many years to come and that together we will reach new heights,” says the founder of the clinic network.

CLINIC | DPC’s journey began in 2009, when the first dental clinic was opened in Kaunas, where the staff shone with ambition, the desire to improve and one day become the best in Lithuania.

Today, CLINIC | DPC, which unites 13 clinics, is located in 12 Lithuanian cities: in Vilnius, Kaunas, Klaipėda, Alytus, Anykščiai, Panevėžys, Mažeikiai, Raseiniai, Jurbarkas, Šiauliai, Utena, Kėdainiai. Even the founder himself probably did not expect that the network of dental clinics would expand to London, a city beloved by Lithuanians. That happened in 2017.

In twelve years of operation, the CLINIC | DPC team has restored more than 55,000 smiles. Happy and smiling patients are the greatest reward for our work and efforts!
