Facial aesthetics

Facial aesthetics is a field that focuses on using procedural methods to improve the aesthetics of the face and body. In our clinic, you can take advantage of modern aesthetic medicine treatments designed for both women and men!

Facial aesthetics treatments are low-invasiveness procedures that not only allow for the restoration of a youthful appearance but also the patient’s comfort. Thus, they are used to eliminate all skin defects and imperfections, resulting both from the aging process and external factors.

Facial aesthetics treatments offered in the Medicadent

In our clinic, we perform a wide range of aesthetic medicine procedures. They are carried out by an experienced aesthetic medicine doctor and take place in sterile conditions using modern devices and preparations.

In the Medicadent clinics, we offer, among others, procedures using botulinum toxin and hyaluronic acid, which naturally occur in the body. As we age, its level decreases, causing the skin to lose elasticity. Treatments using these substances help to eliminate signs of aging and even out the skin surface, restoring its youthful appearance in the patient. Our offer also includes mesotherapy, which allows delivering necessary nutritional and regenerative substances, contributing to improving the color and condition of the skin.

The performance of all treatments is preceded by a consultation with our aesthetic medicine doctor who will help choose a solution tailored to the patient’s needs. This makes it possible to minimize the risk of adverse effects, ensuring optimal therapy results.

    What is the botulinum toxin treatment?

    The procedure involves administering a series of injections containing botulinum toxin.

    Botulinum toxin type A is a naturally occurring bacterial protein. When injected in small amounts into the muscle, it blocks nerve impulses that cause wrinkles. In our clinic, we use the Azzalure preparation (Galderma). This treatment is recommended for people who take care of themselves and want to stop time, and at the same time, do not want to wait long for effects. It is entirely safe and painless, performed by a qualified doctor using disposable tools. It takes about 15 minut

    What are the effects of injecting so-called Botox?

    The first effects can be noticed after 2 – 3 days. The full action of the toxin is usually visible after 10 to 14 days and lasts for up to 6 months. The treated areas become smoothed, the skin is rejuvenated and looks more radiant, and the gaze softens. There is no change in facial expression and so-called “mask effect”.

    Indications and contraindications for the procedure using botulinum toxin.

    Indications:

    • wrinkles around the eyes (“crow’s feet”);
    • horizontal wrinkles on the forehead;
    • wrinkles between the eyebrows (“frown lines”);
    • excessive sweating of the armpits, hands, and feet.

    What are the types of wrinkles and how to remove them?

    Wrinkle removal is one of the most spectacular procedures in aesthetic medicine, giving women a good feeling and satisfaction from a younger appearance.

    As you age, your skin loses its moisture, as the sebaceous glands stop working. As a result of aging, there is also a decrease in the production of collagen, which helped the skin maintain elasticity and flexibility. The lack of collagen manifests itself in the appearance of wrinkles around the eyes, also known as “crow’s feet”, wrinkles on the neck, bags under the eyes, and “double chins”.

    We distinguish several types of wrinkles. Depending on what we are dealing with in a given patient, it is necessary to perform a different procedure to remove them. In our clinic, we offer patients the removal of various types of wrinkles in several ways:

    ● Horizontal wrinkles (expression lines) – are removed by injecting Botox in cosmetic offices;

    ● Lion wrinkle – Botox and hyaluronic acid are used;

    ● Crow’s feet – Botox injections,

    ● Smoker’s wrinkles – filling with hyaluronic acid;

    ● Marionette lines – filling with hyaluronic acid after previous consultation with the doctor.

    What is the mesotherapy treatment?

    Mesotherapy is one of the most popular treatments in aesthetic medicine.

    Mesotherapy is a localized medical treatment, which involves delivering therapeutic, regenerative, and nourishing substances directly to the skin. It enables a lasting rejuvenation effect on the face and body. It smoothes and firms the skin, and reduces all its imperfections.

    What are the indications for mesotherapy?

    Indications: wrinkles, skin lacking firmness and elasticity, excessive fatty tissue, cellulite, discoloration appearing on the skin surface, stretch marks (in various areas), hair loss, improperly nourished hair, and recurring dandruff.

    The preparations, individually selected by a doctor for each patient, are injected into the lower layers of the skin using a syringe with a very thin needle. Multiple punctures stimulate microcirculation and trigger a repair reaction. The procedure is performed using local anesthesia.

    The best effects of mesotherapy are visible after repeating it three times. The frequency of performing the procedure depends on the condition of the skin, the type of problem, and the selected preparation.
