From 18th of May all CLINIC | DPC clinics resume dental services

Together, we have waited patiently for the situation in the country to become such that we can take care of your dental health again. We are pleased to announce that as of 18th of May, all CLINIC | DPC clinics are resuming their dental services in line with the additional safety requirements.

Jūsų ir mūsų sveikata yra svarbiausia, todėl norime supažindinti su nauja darbo tvarka ir taisyklėmis, kurių prašysime laikytis:

  • – When we register you for your appointment, we will ask you a few questions about your medical condition by phone or email. We will only confirm your appointment once we are satisfied that you are not feverish, sneezing, or congested. If your condition changes before the visit, you MUST let us know.

  • – When you arrive at the clinic, we will take your body temperature and ask you to answer the written questionnaire honestly and to sign it.

  • Patients who are at risk will be admitted until 12 noon. This will ensure that you feel at ease and can focus on your dental health during the ongoing quarantine.

  • – Please arrive at the clinic at least 10 minutes before the scheduled appointment time. If you arrive earlier, please wait in your car or outside. If you do not arrive at the scheduled time, be sure to call and let us know.

  • – Accompanying persons can only come with small children or persons in need of assistance. Accompanying persons will also have their body temperature taken and will be asked to fill in and sign a questionnaire. Other accompanying persons will be asked to wait outside or in the car.

  • – When you arrive at the clinic at the time you are supposed to – ring the bell by the door. ALWAYS wear a medical mask.

  • – When you enter the clinic, first disinfect your hands, put on disposable gloves and mittens. Stop at the STOP sign and a CLINIC | DPC staff member will meet you.

  • – You will fill in the necessary paperwork for dental services and we will invite you to the dentist’s office.

  • – You will only be able to remove the mask when the doctor or assistant asks you to. After the procedure, we will ask you to put the mask back on.

  • – Your doctor will give you the most important information you need to know about the procedure. If you have more questions, we will answer them and provide additional information remotely.

  • – When you leave the dentist’s office, please come to the reception area and we will arrange a time for your next visit. You can pay for your services by cash, card or bank transfer.

  • – When you leave, disinfect your hands again, take off your mittens and gloves, and dispose of them in the bin provided.
